SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL
OMAHA, NEBRASKA
Who We Are

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul has helped the poor in
Omaha and surrounding areas since 1869. Through its
volunteers in 42 Neighborhood Conferences, the Society
visits the poor in their homes, offering many types of
assistance. Through its food pantry, over 10,000 persons
are served annually. Through its local thrift stores, which
operate as a separate non-profit corporation and are
considered a "Special Work" of the Society, many more
are helped.
